WordPress 2.6 includes better support for visiting the admin over SSL. Part of this support involves making sure authorization are delivered only over -encrypted HTTPS sessions.  To accommodate this while still allowing the option of visiting the admin over plain http, 2.6 moves from a single cookie setup to a three cookie setup.

Internet Explorer users are a bit at the bottom when it comes to useful add-ons for their browser. Sure, there is IE7 Pro which is a fantastic add-on but can you name other ones? I’m not using Internet Explorer regularly and one factor that is playing a role is the lack of add-ons that add features to the browser. In addition I think that the Windows Marketplace, that is the website that stores add-ons for Internet Explorer, is rather complex. There is no way to display only free add-ons for Microsoft Internet Explorer for example.

This is interesting - a software letting you run IE 5, 5.5., 6 and 7 (beta) on your Mac without needing parallels. This could be great for testing.

Its called ies4osx and requires OSX tiger or leopard, and an Intel machine. On tiger you need have to installed X11.
