WordPress for iPhone Available Now
WordPress has launched WordPress for iPhone and it is available for download.
Hopefully it is going to be an amazing application for your iPhone. It lets you write posts, upload photos, and edit your WordPress blog from your iPhone or iPod Touch. With support for both WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress (2.5.1 or higher).

iPhone 3G Screens “Warmer” by Design; Yellow Tinge Reduced with Firmware Upgrade

As I wrote earlier, some users were seeing yellowish-tinted iPhone 3G screens (above). This included a friend of mine who bought an iPhone 3G (I am, quite sadly, not qualified for an upgrade).
There are two components to this issue, apparently. One is that according to Apple, the yellowish-tinge, likened to being “warmer” (if you check out some light bulb boxes sometimes you’ll see a reference to a “warm glow.”), is by design. Read the rest of this entry »
